นายซูซูมุ ทานากะ ประธานและเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท ยูเซ็น โลจิสติกส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด เปิดเผยว่า “ยูเซ็น โลจิสติกส์ สาขาบางบ่อ (BLC) เปิดให้บริการคลังสินค้าในประเทศไทยตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2532 โดยตั้งอยู่ติดถนนบางนา-ตราด สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับเครือข่ายการขนส่งและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของประเทศไทย ไปยังนิคมอุตสาหกรรมหลายแห่ง คือ ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ และท่าเรือกรุงเทพ/แหลมฉบัง ทำให้มีข้อได้เปรียบในการช่วยรองรับการขยายตัวของธุรกิจทั้งในปัจจุบันและอนาคตข้างหน้า”

นายพิมาน นวลหงษ์ กรรมการบริหาร หน่วยงานการจัดการคลังสินค้า กล่าวต่อไปอีกว่า “ยูเซ็น โล-จิสติกส์ สาขาบางบ่อ มีการก่อสร้างคลังสินค้าใหม่ทั้งหมด 2 หลัง บนพื้นที่กว่า 28 ไร่ คลังสินค้าหลังแรกมีพื้นที่ขนาด 14,000 ตารางเมตร เปิดให้บริการตั้งแต่เดือนกรกฎาคมเมื่อปีที่แล้ว และหลังที่สอง ขนาด 9,700 ตารางเมตร พร้อมให้บริการเมื่อเดือนเมษายนที่ผ่านมา โดยมีข้อกำหนดด้านเทคนิคการก่อสร้าง คือ เพดานสูง 12 เมตร พื้นชนิดเรียบพิเศษ (Super Flat Floor) ซึ่งรองรับน้ำหนักได้ 5 ตัน/ตารางเมตร ตอกเสาเข็มทั่วบริเวณทำให้โครงสร้างมีความมั่นคงและอายุการใช้งานที่ยาวนาน นอกจากนี้ยังมีการออกแบบระบบจัดเก็บสินค้า แบบวีเอ็นเอ (Very Narrow Aisle Racking) และแบบชั้นลอย (Mezzanine Racking) เพื่อจัดเก็บสินค้าที่หลากหลายของลูกค้าและเพิ่มพื้นที่การใช้งานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีการเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้าอย่างแม่นยำด้วยเทคโนโลยีรถโฟร์คลิฟท์ที่ทันสมัย นอกเหนือจากการจัดเก็บสินค้าทั่วไปแล้ว เรายังมีคลังสินค้าทัณฑ์บนให้บริการ รวมถึงมีห้องควบคุมอุณหภูมิขนาดใหญ่ ถือเป็นฟังก์ชันใหม่ที่ยูเซ็นโลจิสติกส์ สร้างขึ้นมาเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดเก็บสินค้า บนมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยระดับสากล เราภาคภูมิใจและมั่นใจว่าการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องของเราจะตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าอย่างสูงสุด”

Warehouse 1 (14,000 sqm) was completed in July 2018 and Warehouse 2 (9,700 sqm) was recently completed in April 2019. These state-of-the-art facilities include technical specifications of 12 m clearance height, loading capacity of 5 Ton/m2, and steel fiber floor to provide longevity. Multiple racking options have been designed to include Very Narrow Aisle (VNA), mezzanine racking, and newly installed temperature-controlled capacity. Although our emphasis on employee safety meets international standards, the safe working conditions of this facility and the personal safety of our employees is of our upmost concern.
