๓๑ มีนาคม ๒๕๖๒ เป็นวันเลือกตั้งประธานาธิบดีของประเทศยูเครน หนึ่งสัปดาห์หลังจากการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรไทยเป็นการทั่วไป และมีหน่วยเลือกตั้งเปิดทำการ ณ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตยูเครนประจำกรุงเทพมหานคร

หน่วยเลือกตั้งรวมทั้งหมด 101 หน่วย เปิดทำการในสถานทูตและสถานกงสุลของประเทศยูเครนใน 72 ประเทศทั่วโลก และชาวยูเครนในต่างประเทศทั่วโลกประมาณ 410, 000 คนจะรวมอยู่ในรายการการเลือกตั้งในต่างประเทศ
ตามคำเชิญของรัฐบาลยูเครน มีผู้สังเกตการณ์ 2,344 คนจากต่างประเทศและองค์กรระหว่างประเทศติดตามการเลือกตั้งประธานาธิบดี
ในบรรดาความรับผิดชอบหลักของประธานาธิบดีของประเทศยูเครน เป็นเรื่องการป้องกันและนโยบายต่างประเทศ
ดังนั้น ความสำคัญของการเลือกตั้ง แทบจะไม่อาจประเมินค่าสูงไปกว่านี้ เนื่องจากพวกเขาถูกควบคุม ภายใต้สถานการณ์การรุกรานจากรัสเซีย จึงต้องมั่นใจว่า เป็นการปฏิรูปที่ครอบคลุมอย่างต่อเนื่องรวมถึงการรวมยูเครนเข้ากับสหภาพยุโรปและนาโต้
🇺🇦Today, on March 31, 2019, one week after parliamentary elections in the Kingdom of Thailand, presidential elections are held in Ukraine.
The polling station is open also at the Embassy of Ukraine in Bangkok. Altogether 101 polling stations are open in embassies and consulates of Ukraine in 72 countries worldwide. About 410 thousand Ukrainians are included into electoral lists abroad.
At the invitation of the Government of Ukraine 2,344 international observers from foreign countries and international organisations will monitor presidential elections.
Among the primary responsibilities of the President of Ukraine are areas of defence and foreign policy.
Therefore, importance of these elections can hardly be overestimated as they are held under the circumstances of Russian aggression, must ensure the continued pace of comprehensive reforms as well as integration of Ukraine into EU and NATO.
