จากสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ทำให้เศรษฐกิจหดตัวลงอย่างหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ และได้ส่งผลกระทบมาถึงตลาดอสังหาฯที่ชะลอลงด้วยเช่นเดียวกัน แต่ในทางกลับกันตลาด E-commerce กลับโตขึ้นอย่างก้าวกระโดด โดยประเทศไทยนับเป็นประเทศที่มีการซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์เป็นอันดับต้นๆของโลก และด้วยพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคที่เปลี่ยนไป การใช้ช่องทางออนไลน์ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ระบบ E-commerce หรือ โซเชียลมีเดีย เข้ามาผนวกกับธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่อย่างธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์จึงนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งความร่วมมือที่น่าสนใจ และช่วยกระตุ้นการรับรู้ให้กับผู้บริโภคได้มากขึ้น
