Tops joins forces with Grab to offer a virtual shopping experience
through  its application Highlighting GrabMart, a shopping service to purchase items
at Family Mart and Tops Daily for home delivery 

BANGKOK, 08 April 2020 – To adapt to the new reality brought by the COVID-19 situation, Tops and Family Mart have recently joined forces with Grab, the leading super app in Southeast Asia and Thailand, to offers a virtual shopping experience that is as convenient as physical shopping without having to leave your home, in line with the government’s instruction for everyone to stay home to stop COVID-19. The latest addition to its services is GrabMart, which allows customers to buy items from convenience stores, ready-to-eat meals and beverages, for home delivery. Customers can access this service through Grab’s application and choose GrabFood to enjoy this service.

GrabMart : Convenience store shopping service   Delivery fees start from 55 baht. Customers can purchase items from: 

●       233 branches of Family Mart, offering more than 64 consumer products, as well as special sets including Clean Set at 98 baht, Dry Food Set at 199 baht and Movie Time Set at 284 baht.    

●       63 branches of Tops Daily, offering more than 84 consumer products as well as product sets includin Breakfast Set at 145 baht, Happy Dish Set at 160 baht, Refresh Set at 253 baht and Essential Set at 449 baht. In mid-April, the service will be expanded to Tops Market and Central Food Hall.

GrabFood : food delivery service Delivery fees start from 10 baht. Customers can enjoy delicious dishes from:  

●       TOPS SELECT offers delicious and freshly cooked food, made to order by @Tatste, as well as fresh fruits, cut fruits, sandwiches, packed salad, milk, snacks, drinks and Coffee Arigato from Family Mart, delivered to your home. 

●       Central Eatery offers world-class food cooked by Central Food Hall’s chefs, delivered to your home to give a feeling of eating in a fine dining restaurant.    

Additionally, there’s also GrabExpress for speedy delivery within two hours with 80 baht delivery fees when shopping at www.tops.co.th.

The partnership among Tops, Family Mart and Grab to offer a virtual shopping experience through the app aims to facilitate customers during the COVID-19 situation. Customers can purchase products from Tops and Family Mart through the Grab app, and the service covers 17 provinces in Thailand namely Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phitsanulok, Khon Kaen, Udon Thani, Ubon Ratchathani, Buriram, Chonburi, Pattaya, Rayong, Hua Hin, Phuket, Hat Yai, and Nakhon Si Thammarat.
