Tops and Family Mart strengthen preventive measures to ensure customers and employees are safe from COVID-19
Tops market, Tops Superstore, Tops daily, Central Food Hall, and Family Mart in all department stores and across the country continue to operate as normal to facilitate consumers and allow them to access consumer products. The stores ensure product availability at all times and the stock is always replenished. The most important thing is to assure our customers and employees that they can always count on the highest level of safety when visiting or working at our stores, and therefore, the company has strengthened preventive measures for the safety of our customers and employees.
For customers’ safety
– Temperature scanning and sticker before entry, in cooperation with respective shopping malls, with hand sanitizer.
– Marks for 1-meter social distancing while waiting in a line.
For employees’ safety
– All employees are required to wear a mask and gloves while working. For those working closely with customers, such as cashier staff and customer service staff, face shields are provided to be used together with their mask to ensure a higher level of safety.
