Due to the spreading of the coronavirus at the moment, Central Food Retail Group, the operator of Central Food Hall, Tops, FamilyMart, and Matsumoto Kiyoshi, cares about the safety and health of all our customers and employees. Therefore, the company has issued the following measures for this matter:  

1.       We have increased the frequency of our cleaning routine for all our trolleys and shopping baskets throughout the day, using quality detergent and disinfectant.

2.        We have installed sanitizing spray and hand gel dispensers at all entrance points of all stores.

3.        All our tools in the fresh produce, bakery, and cooked food sections, as well as all tables, chairs, common areas, and shared facilities used by our customers, are regularly cleaned and disinfected.  

4.       Our cleaners clean and disinfect our cashier counters throughout the day.  

5.       Our staff in the fresh produce section and those who are in close contact with food are reminded to wear protective masks at all times.  

6.       We promote the guideline for health and safety to all our customers and our employees to prevent the spreading of coronavirus.  

7.       We closely monitor the situation from government entities are we are on standby to work with relevant parties if anyone is found to have the symptoms of coronavirus.  

We would like to assure all our customers that we strictly follow the measures above, and all executives and employees of Central Food Retail Group pay the highest attention to food safety.
